Terms of Use

DanceLite plans are subscriptions that renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or current period ends. “Subscription, trial and renewal” below explains how it works.

These terms are an agreement between you and DanceLite Health (“DanceLite”, “we”) and apply to dancelite.fit, the plan we build for you and the classes. Our Privacy Policy and Money-Back Policy form part of them.

By continuing past the first screen, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use DanceLite.

You must be at least 18 years old to use DanceLite.

DanceLite provides dance-based fitness classes and a plan built from the answers you give us. It is a general fitness product, not a medical or clinical service.

Nothing here is medical advice, and no part of it is a diagnosis or a treatment.

Talk to a doctor before starting this or any exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from an injury, or being treated for a heart, joint or blood-pressure condition. If something hurts while you are moving, stop.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for deciding what is safe for you.

Results differ from person to person and depend on things such as your starting point, your health and how consistently you follow the plan. We do not promise any particular result.

The stories, reviews and figures on this site are not a promise that you will get the same result. Any figure we show you, including a body mass index, a target weight or a date, is an estimate calculated from what you entered, not a prediction about your health.

A plan is a subscription. Before you pay, the price, the length of each period and what you will be charged after it are shown next to the plan and under the button.

The first period may be sold at an introductory price, and some plans start as a paid trial. Unless you cancel before it ends, a trial continues as the subscription shown under the button when you chose it. Every plan then renews automatically for successive periods of that subscription's length, at its full price rather than the introductory one, and you are charged at the start of each period.

You can cancel at any time from your account or by writing to support@dancelite.fit, and you do not need to give a reason. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Cancelling does not refund the current period. The Money-Back Policy sets out when a refund applies.

If we change the price of a subscription you already have, we will tell you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before then.

The classes, plans, text and images on dancelite.fit belong to DanceLite Health or its licensors. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, resell or share access to them, use bots or scripts on the site, or interfere with how it works. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

We may change or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

We may also update these terms; the date below shows the current version. If a change affects a subscription you already have, we will tell you before it takes effect, and you can cancel before then. Continuing to use DanceLite after that means you accept the updated terms.

DanceLite is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to what you have paid us for DanceLite.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

These terms are governed by the law of the country, and where relevant the province or state, in which you live, and you may bring any dispute before the courts there.
